1. Choose your jewellery design and select your preferred finish, inclusions and personalisation options.
2. After ordering, you’ll receive an email explaining how to package and send your inclusions to our Sunbury studio.
3. When your inclusions arrive, they are carefully recorded, labelled and stored separately. You’ll receive an email confirming their safe arrival.
4. Your keepsake stone is individually handcrafted using your treasured inclusions, then carefully set into your chosen jewellery design.
5. Your completed keepsake is inspected, photographed and securely packaged before being sent to you with tracking.

After placing your order, you’ll receive detailed instructions explaining how to safely package and send your inclusions.

Only a very small amount is required—usually 5–10 mL of breastmilk or approximately half a teaspoon of ashes. The amount needed for hair, fur, flowers, fabric and other inclusions will be explained in your email.

We strongly recommend using tracked postage and ask that you never send the last of anything precious. You’ll receive confirmation as soon as your inclusions arrive safely at our studio.

Our standard jewellery settings are made from solid 925 sterling silver, with selected designs available in white, yellow or rose gold-plated finishes. Solid gold may also be available by request.

Your keepsake stone is individually handcrafted using jewellery-grade resin selected for its clarity, durability and resistance to yellowing. Like pearls and opals, keepsake stones should be treated as delicate.

Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising or completing manual work. Avoid prolonged sunlight, heat, perfumes, lotions, hand sanitiser and harsh chemicals. Store your keepsake in its box when it is not being worn.

Any remaining ashes, hair, fur, fabric or other dry inclusions will be carefully packaged and returned with your completed keepsake.

A small amount of preserved breastmilk is securely retained at our studio. This provides a prepared backup if you would like to order another keepsake in the future or if an approved stone remake is ever required.

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 8–12 weeks from the date your inclusions arrive at our studio. The scrolling banner displays our current estimated production time, which may be shorter depending on our studio workload.

Production time does not include the time taken for your inclusions to reach us or the delivery of your completed keepsake.

Australian orders include free tracked shipping. Standard delivery generally takes 3–8 business days after dispatch. International shipping is available to selected destinations for a flat rate of $20, with delivery times varying by country.

Because every keepsake is personalised and created using your treasured inclusions, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

Cancellation may be requested by email within five days of purchase, provided your inclusions have not arrived and work has not commenced. Approved cancellations incur a 20% fee to cover settings, materials and reserved studio time. Orders cannot be cancelled after five days, once inclusions have been received or once work has commenced—whichever occurs first.

Please contact us promptly if your jewellery arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered. These concerns will be assessed and resolved in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
