Refund policy

Refunds and Cancellations of Order/s

Once your order is placed you have 48 hours to cancel with a 20% cancellation fee. After that time there are no refunds or returns on any items due to the custom nature of these keepsakes.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
