  • Send Your Inclusions

    After placing your order, you will receive clear instructions explaining how to package and send your inclusions to our Sunbury studio. Once received your
    inclusions are identified, documented and securely stored.

  • Your Keepsake Is Handcrafted

    Your treasured inclusions are handled with the utmost care and respect, then thoughtfully preserved within your personalised keepsake stone. Your jewellery is handcrafted within approximately 8–12 weeks, with any unused inclusions safely returned to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much ash is required?

Only approximately half a teaspoon of cremation ashes is needed to create your keepsake stone. Please do not send more than requested unless we have discussed your design with you beforehand.

How do I know the ashes are mine?

Your ashes are individually labelled, documented and securely stored from the moment they arrive. Only one customer’s inclusions are handled at a time, helping ensure they remain clearly identified and separate throughout the process.

Are unused ashes returned?

Yes. Any cremation ashes, hair or other treasured inclusions not used in your keepsake are carefully packaged and safely returned with your completed jewellery.

Can hair, flowers or fabric be added?

Yes. Your keepsake can incorporate hair, dried flowers, fabric and many other meaningful materials, either alone or alongside cremation ashes. Please contact us if you are unsure whether a particular inclusion is suitable.

Can I order before I am ready to send the ashes?

Yes. You are welcome to choose and order your jewellery before you feel ready to send your loved one’s ashes. Your creation timeframe begins once your inclusions have arrived, and you can contact us if you need guidance or additional time.

How long does the process take?

Our standard creation timeframe is approximately 8–12 weeks from the date your inclusions are received. The current estimated turnaround time is displayed in the scrolling banner on our website.



Can memorial jewellery be worn every day?

Your memorial jewellery is designed to be worn and treasured, but it should be treated with care. Remove it before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping or using cleaning products, perfumes and lotions to help protect the resin stone and jewellery finish.

What happens if I need help choosing a design?
